if you could go one place, anywhere on earth, where would it be and why?

i guess i kinda should have mentioned that for me its a toss up between japan and rome. i lean more to japan, but the sense of history one would get from being in rome is so appealing to me.

If I ever go back to the U.S. I'd really like to go to California and Alaska.

Within Canadas I want to go to Banff, AB and maybe up to the arctic.
