    Default Coffee vs Tea.

    Let the battle begin.

I am a tea man to the max. Right now I have about (in varying amounts) 18 different kinds of tea in my place right now. Loose leaf, bagged, dissolving ginseng teas, green tea, black tea, chai tea, matcha, sencha, jasmine, oolong, honeybush, chamomile you name it. I always drink it black, no milk, no sugar, just the good stuff.

I definitely love tea and absolutely cannot STAND coffee.

Now if you'll excuse me, I'm going to go make some of that ginseng tea I was referring to.

I love Coffee with cinnamon. If you put some cinnamon in a filter and rubberband it and throw it in the pot while brewing, it makes for an awesome cup of coffee... but then again, I'm a cinnamon addict. And it's health benefits are excellent too. In traditional Chinese medicine, cinnamon is used for colds, nausea, diarrhea, and painful menstrual periods. It's also believed to improve energy, vitality, and circulation and be particularly useful for people who tend to feel hot in their upper body but have cold feet. It is also useful in the prevention of certain infections. check it out.

i drink an absolute ton of irish breakfast tea. the best preworkout drink(s) is a good strong cup (like 3 bags) followed by a resteeping of said 3 bags with 2 more added. doesnt fuck my stomach up or have the crazy booshit every preworkout mix has.

the big box at trader joes is cheap as shit, and walmart sells the twinnings irish tea for like $2 a box.

i like it black as well.
