SRG's golfing adventures...

This is where I am going to chronicle what happens during my golf outings...

01/09/10...Went to the driving range to test out a new two iron that I assembled. Was hitting the ball very well and decided to try and play. Being a Saturday I knew all the courses would be very full after making a few phone calls I found a place that was slow..

Played with a half Chinese kid and his white brother-in-law the Chinese kid (16-17 maybe) was trying to be a Sergio Garcia clone, dressed like him played the same equipment, and tried to swing like him. He was getting mad because he could not figure out why he was chunking his shots...I told him he is moving off the ball and ducking into the shot...I fixed him straight away.

Highlights...Holed out a 40 yrd pitch shot for an Eagle. Hit every green in regulation on the par three's.

Good to correct that mistake for him,an issue Sergio had at one point. Did he have the yips on the green? (no pun intended).

It's ok...I have just about everything working cept the flat stick. If I could drop some putts...look out world!!!

played whittier narrows the only thing of note is that the proshop guy seemed high as a kite and the starters had the worst attitudes I have ever seen on a golf course...really buddies if your job is golf why so serious?
Switched tags on a 70$ shirt with a 25$ shirt and the proshop guy didn't notice.
