99% of dietary supplements are bogus junk. id recommend these if your budget allows, ranked from most worth the money to the least:
vitamin c
zma (especially if you are doing regular strength training and are older than 25)
fish oil
vitamin b12 (i only get the sublingual dots, they absorb better supposedly)
5-htp
other things for various purposes:
cla and ala can help with the last bit of fat loss or if your in a rut/plateau.
GABA is a good one for when you are having more than average trouble sleeping/winding down at night. (get it in powder form, and take it sublingually as well)
theanine + caffeine is great for when you need to really focus (tests, job interviews, dates, etc)
outside of this your body can benefit most from eating foods that contain the things you may be supplementing (ie more red meat instead of creatine if you want to bulk up, more milk in the summer for the vitamin d, vegetables in their most natural state or barely cooked for everything else youre not getting. leave the skins on and eat the green parts too)
