I got an ab wheel and I use it once and a while but will use it specifically in honor of Mitch and his new wheel tonight.

10 mins shadow boxing
4 rounds leg kick pad work
20 mins sparring
10 rds of holding pads and training peeps
7am tomorrow running and doing another hr or 2 of muay thai in the morning then going in and doing another 3ish at night.

Daily routine M-T, now consists of:
Morning before work:
6 miles on elliptical/6 mile jog
1 hr of shadow boxing & bag work
Evening after work:
30 mins of elliptical
30 mins of bag work
20 mins of rope
10 mins of shadowboxing - no half-ass punches or kicks
5 rds pads (30 mins)
10-15 mins sparring or foot work
10-15 mins cool down conditioning - push-ups, sit-ups, crunches, neck raises.
Hold pads and train for 2-3 people @ 5 rds a piece.
More bag work then go home.
Friday -
Morning:
Same as M-T
Evening:
30 mins of elliptical
30 mins of bag work
20 mins of rope
20 mins of shadowboxing - no half-ass punches or kicks
50 mins of working on technique and combos.
Saturday -
Morning:
Same as M-T
Evening:
Break
Sunday -
Rest
