We can all face it- our grandad's think we are pussies. Maybe they were in a war, maybe they were a part of the depression, but all in all you cant out man your grandad. He would beat your ass in his prime, and maybe even now.

The problem with this is the decline in accountability in men today. Like many, I was raised on video games and the outside fear of nuclear war.

You cant fight a fuckin nuke, so why try?

I was introduced to sports at an early age. T-Ball. I sucked, and therefore was determined to be a non athlete. My dad will one day become a victim of my rage- but after my football rant.

After tball, i was enrolled in the sports i asked to be except football, which my dad was adamantly against.

I now know it was because he was a pussy.

To cut to the chase, every generation of our current history has been exposed to blatant pussification due to convenience.

did your dad have it hard? how big of a point has he made it to let you know how easy you have it? COMPARED TO HIM?


i really want to buck that trend and try and create some goddamn men out of this world, my friends, kids, etc.

i dont have some sort of agenda against my dad, dude is honestly one of my best friends (my dad was in my wedding party, he's one of my heros-not an enemy). the 1101 people know as much as he does, and im pretty sure im honest to a fault here.

my big deal is trying to create a new generation of tough bastards, before we lose the american way.

im no conservative, but i love my damn country and take pride in the values and power we represent.

I can relate to this. My grandpa worked in the oilfield his whole life and I swear to god at 89 years of age shaking hands with him was like having your hand crushed in a vise covered in sand paper. He was just a tough son of a bitch and I was in awe of him. Yes, people are thin skinned and getting thinner each year.

This whole thread reminds of the time my maternal Grandpa broke my uncle's nose (long story involving drugs and missing funds but Uncle D***** was not liked very much, still isnt by my parents at least)
