This is a picture of a shit-ton of hummus
What you'll need:
A can of garbanzo beans, make it two cans, the normal sized ones.
^^drain those things!!!!(maybe reserve a bit of the liquid but not much.)
Some garlic, like a teaspoon (or more if you like it a lot)(not that pre-diced crap either. The fresh stuff)
Tahini, yes, you need to find some tahini. Keeps in the fridge for quite a while. thinking about a tablespoon of that stuff for this sized batch.
Lemon juice(not lemonade) tablespoon or more to taste.One of those plastic lemon shaped squeeze things is great for cocktails, but i'm thinking we better use the real shit here, no seeds though,no seeds in our hummus.
Olive oil. I cannot stress this enough.idk 1/3 cup.
Salt. also a little salt is important.(some)
A mouth.
put all that stuff in the blender or food processor until smooth. Add more stuff if it needs it cuz it might need it cuz i'm making this recipe off the top of my head.
