    that is a very difficult question to answer as many people have very differing opinions on what constitutes a perfect steak.the easiest thing to worry about is flavor,nothing more than salt and pepper applied right before the initial sear,or as complex as a 13 ingredient asian marinade a full day prior,seasoning the steak is something that if done correctly,can make or break a steak.
    what sort of seasoning are we talking here?we will start there.

    Yeah I'm wondering how to season it. From what I understand about the cooking bit is to only flip it once. I wouldn't be too fancy with my spices so I can't really be specific.
