to be honest i have traveled very little

Hawaii twice is my big trips and a few trips to ski in Canada and the States.

Most of my traveling is fairly local to fishing tournaments

I have many stories, but I will say one of the funnest trips I took was to Minneapolis to see the GODbro and Squirrelbro. good times, spent most of it in the Bar but we did manage to go see a MMA event. mostly local boys but still fun.

I was fresh out the Army in 1987 (friend got out a week later) Friend and I decided that we would Hitch hike cross country( we each had over $3000 on us) from Ft. Campbell Ky (thats where we were stationed) to his house (Las Veges) it took us about a week but I will say it was very interesting and fun at the same time. we walked for the first 50-60 miles when a Trucker picked us up. he was going to Texas so we tagged along stopped at a few citys and the like, he dropped us off in Henderson Nevada on his way home and we walked the rest of the way about 30 miles. I spent 30 days there before heading home.

I've been to Canada a couple times, Mexico, Everystate besides Hawaii, Alaska, Washington, and Rhode Island, the Philippines and Japan (layover for 5 hours).

The most interesting was the Philippines. I was pretty much a god there. One crazy thing that happened was that I was going back to the town I was staying in on a Jeepney (see pic). It stopped for a while at this area that was crowded and I happened to look out the side. I saw this police officer pushing (more like placing) this kid onto the stairs. He then started yelling and the officer said something, I'm not a tagalog speaker so I had no idea. The other kids that were with the one on the stairs started in about something. At this point the officer kept creeping closer and closer towards his gun. We started to take off and they were still going at it. As we got out of distance, I heard a pop-pop, I wasn't able to tell what happened but it definitely sounded like gunfire. Lesson learned is not to fuck around with the police there unless you have bribing money.

It's funny when they start putting ferrari and benz logos on them. There are some that have been painted up and done really well and others just make you wonder if you'll make it off alive. I believe most are from the WWII era.
