Default my comp is maybe a bit sluggish

i even just installed another gig of RAM, 2 gigs total. What are the causes of this? too many processes going on? maybe its working fine but i want it running faster.

Seriously, look at all your processes in task manager. Print out the list if you want and post it and I can go through it. Things like firefox take up 80MB or more or RAM and Windows, if XP, takes up a good 200MB just to itself. Your motherboard, power supply, etc will also be determining factors.

64-bit? Pump that baby up to 8GB or so, memory is cheap dude. If you have a lot of open slots for memory start putting in some 2 GB.

Your system looks good. You might want to see about downloading some disk cleaning tools, not that default that comes with the system, as well. Go through add/remove programs and see if there's anything that you're not using anymore. Do the same with add/remove hardware. This stuff will take up unnecessary processes.
